the hotel building itself is a piece of art. the location is perfect to explore the city (i easily walked to several attractions).
housekeeping didn't come everyday, even when i called the reception. i also noticed dirty cups and glasses. stained sheets remained on the bed too.

limited selectiondisorganized area
i wasn't thrilled with the breakfast setup. the selection felt limited, and the area seemed disorganized. it was also difficult to get assistance from the staff, especially when i needed something specific. this contrasted with the rest of the hotel experience and was a noticeable letdown.
