The staff was helpful and professional . the hotel was clean. I found it well maintained. the building showcases beautiful architecture, a visual treat. trams and buses nearby allowed simple city travel!

the room i had was slightly noisy from outside traffic, though it was not unbearable.

the location is very central. the breakfast buffet included many choices and fresh food, i saw tasty pastries and multiple types of bread.

The window in my room was difficult to close completely. There was a slight draft.

room upgrade superior room awesome location tram stop unavailable air conditioning early kitchen nonchalant staff

the location is awesome because train and tram stops are super close. the tram stop is just outside.

air conditioning was advertised, but it was unavailable. the kitchen closed very early, and there was only one person working the bar. the reception staff werent very helpful either. they just shrugged when i asked for help.
