i was really surprised by the smooth check-in process. pammy at reception was very efficient. the concierge team helped me with directions and local tips. the turn-down service ensured the room was always tidy with fresh towels.
the bathroom amenities had a slightly overpowering scent.

the location was convenient for exploring. i received a good upgrade to a suite upon arrival! the room service occurred twice daily ensuring everything remained perfect. the concierge team, specifically piotr and lonny, provided excellent recommendations and secured reservations at upscale restaurants for me.
the minibar pricing felt a little steep for what it offered.
