location is decent, but issues exist
dated decor low water pressure
the location was fine, mostly because it was near transit options.
The room i got felt pretty cramped. the decor looked dated, and it seemed like some stuff hadn't been properly cleaned. There were stains on the carpet. the bathroom was really small, and the shower wasn't great because the water pressure was low.

I found the breakfast satisfying, especially the full English breakfast that was made to order each morning. The eggs, whether fried, scrambled, or poached, were always cooked to perfection. I also appreciated the rain shower head, because it provided ample hot water for a refreshing experience. The hotel allowed me to drop off my luggage early at no extra cost.
The only minor inconvenience was the absence of an elevator.

the location is bang on, like, super close to everything. exploring was easy. they have tea and coffee in the rooms which is really handy.
the room was small, not huge. getting ready with multiple people took more time.

the location was excellent (i really enjoyed it). the new bathroom had a nice design. the staff were very friendly.
my room had things that did not work, like the main light and the tv. there was no full length mirror provided, and the room seemed very basic. i would not want to stay there for a longer stay.

The family room easily accommodated three of us. The location proved central and well-connected. The hotel provided great value. I appreciated the convenience to Euston Square station. Staff promptly assisted with our forgotten items.
The small bedside light did not function properly.

i found the location very convenient. it was easy to walk to many central areas. the staff was helpful with storing my luggage after checkout. the room had tea and coffee making facilities, i appreciated this after a long day (it. the hotel allowed me to keep my luggage there for the day.
