I found the breakfast buffet to be really good. It featured a superb food selection. The front desk personnel provided assistance with directions. The gym offered convenience. It was large and stocked with cups and towels. I appreciated the complimentary laundry room.

I found the free laundry machines very useful, and the mini gym allowed me to maintain my workout routine. My room had a functional kitchenette complete with a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The staff were helpful. They always addressed my inquiries promptly.
There was only one small elevator, so waiting times were sometimes excessive, a minor inconvenience during peak hours.

Really good Service and Convenient Amenities!
amazing breakfast stocked gym helpful staff
I greatly appreciated the super breakfast buffet. The food selection included amazing gluten-free options! The dining room staff were always on top of things! Mara, Shahih, Carlene, and Fatiha were always helpful and pleasant. The gym included all the equipment I needed. cups and towels were conveniently available. I liked having a complimentary laundry room onsite, too.
There was one inconvenient post in the middle of the sitting area within my room. This did make navigating the space slightly awkward.

The hotel is very well connected by public transport. It made getting around very simple. Sainsbury's and the lovely park, St Mary Magdalene, are just a block or two away, very useful.

Breakfast included helpful options, and I found the dining staff to be AMAZING!!! Mara, Shahih, Carlene, and Fatiha were pleasant and attentive. The food selection was very broad, and I felt satisfied with all of my meals.

the staff were friendly. breakfast had a great selection included. i like i have a room with two beds and baths. the location was good too.
i didn't like i have to share laundry. someone take my basket last time i put my clothes. i pay by card and still didn't get it back.

The room had a mini kitchen. The staff was nice. The hotel had a good location, it was quiet at night.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It made resting difficult. Breakfast offerings were average. There was only one small elevator.
