The hotel was a charming and convenient stay, close to bus stops. The rooms were clean and quaint, offering everything we needed, despite our booking for 2 adults and 2 children. The service was delightful, with staff going the extra mile to assist, like jump-starting our car on dark country roads. The location was perfect for flights from Stansted Airport, just 3 minutes away. However, there was an issue with charging twice and denials, which was frustrating. The dining experience was a bit disorganized due to a sudden rush of guests, but the food was excellent and good value. Overall, it was a good value for money stay.
