The hotel's rooms looked more lit up than they actually were but were beautiful and big enough for friends to party. The service was top-notch, except for an incident of missing jewelry, and the hospitality suite on the 11th floor was a real treat. Overall, a great stay with some minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! However, there was a bit of an issue with water leaking down and soaking my shoes. The location was perfect for exploring the downtown area, right across from the convention center and on the edge of the gas lamp district. The dining experience was heartening and filling, with a wide variety of choices, but the price didn't quite match the quality. The service was exceptional, with staff being exceptionally helpful and even offering complimentary water for my child who required formula.
