rockin' stay!
excellent location cool atmosphere attentive staff helpful valet
I thought the location was excellent, especially its proximity to petco park. the decor created a cool atmosphere both in my room and the common areas. the staff was attentive to my needs. i liked the helpful valet service. It felt quick and efficient.
i found that housekeeping entered my room without specific permission.

my suite was spacious with a nice view from the balcony. the bed was comfy!!! the bathroom featured a rainfall shower. i noticed the availability of rooms with different setups including studio pool view and king studio options.

i experienced excellent customer service at this location. the staff were helpful, attentive, and created a cute environment. valet service was a real plus, quick and made arrival and departure much easier!!!

Really good Staff and Clean Atmosphere

The staff was cute and helpful from the start, it. Our room smelled clean and fresh as we entered.. I really appreciated this. Room service was fast and the food was delicious, especially the truffle fries.
The shower did not drain well when we arrived. It had a bad sulfur smell coming from it.

The room included a coffee maker and a minibar. The minibar was already stocked with products. it included a sensor if you consumed any items. There was no bathtub, just a shower.
