clean environmentunderground parkingfriendly staffspacious bedroom
the hotel provided a very clean environment i appreciated the availability of underground parking it simplified logistics the staff was friendly and helpful in guiding me to the parking entrance the bedroom was quite spacious i found it comfortable . the breakfast had a great selection and friendly staff at the bar was a plus. the location is close to a metro station and shops.

the hotel includes an underground parking facility which is a significant advantage i found the parking area well kept and easily accessible with clear signage providing a secure location for vehicles.

The location is VERY convenient (close to the Parque tube station). Several nice restaurants are nearby, and El Corte Ingles is just a ten minute walk. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Room service was affordable too.

check-in was quick. the metro station is close. breakfast was quite good and offered enough options. the room had a safe.
i found the room cleaning service to be inconsistent. basic amenities, like tissues, were occasionally missing.
