FANTASTIC location and helpful staff!
great location helpful staff early check-in luxurious suite
The location is AMAZING! I could easily access the airport and Oriente station. The area near Parque das Nações offered fantastic restaurants. The hotel provided an unexpected early check-in and a complimentary upgrade to a luxurious suite, a GREAT surprise after my travels.
I found that the constant noise from the elevator machinery in my room was slightly disruptive.

The hotel is well maintained and offers convenient amenities. It is located near the Oriente station with easy access to bus, train, and metro services, also the Oceanarium and Vasco da Gama mall are close by.

The room was spacious with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom included both a shower and a bath. The breakfast offered a great selection. The staff members were pleasant.
I found the bedroom floor gritty. It felt dirty under my bare feet. There were no boxes of tissues and no cotton face discs provided. I found this inconvenient.
