solid spot on the avenue

i found the location very useful, especially since my office is nearby. breakfast included good options. the staff was attentive and always smiling. i especially enjoyed the fantastic restaurant just behind the hotel. i thought the food quality was excellent for the price.

I liked the location a lot. It was easy to get around. The breakfast was quite good. It had many options for different diets. The bar service was great, the bartender made good drinks.
The room felt small for two people. We had little space for luggage. The bathroom also felt cramped. Storage was also limited in the room.

the location was acceptable, close to public transport.
The air conditioning did not work . This was an absurdity, especially given the warm weather. i had hoped for a more comfortable temperature in my room. It made it hard to relax.

the staff provided real attention to detail. a decent selection was available at breakfast. the bed was comfy. the restaurant at the back of the hotel was fantastic with reasonable price I think it was privately run.
the shower was dirty throughout the stay. the housekeeping did not clean it properly. the walls were paper thin. i could hear everything and could not sleep well .
