broken air conditioning loud guests
Off street parking at the hotel was convenient.
The air conditioning did not work properly, so the room was too warm. Loud guests occupied the room next door both nights. I had to call reception at 2 AM to complain. It was irritating

The breakfast options were diverse and delicious. I appreciated the sky bar and pool, though pool access is restricted late at night. The rooms were definitely solid.

good shower friendly staff low seating unfriendly receptionist
the bedroom was nice. there was a very good shower. i found the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was super clean.
the rooftop pool needs more accessible seating. some seats are very low or very high. the information at the reception was minimal. the receptionist was not very friendly.

A very pleasant stay!
rooftop pool extensive options comfortable bed warm personnel
My stay included access to two pools, both indoors and on the roof. I appreciated the rooftop pool, it provided a unique experience. The breakfast impressed me because of its extensive options. I found it very good. I found my room spacious and it included a big, comfortable bed and a well-designed bathroom. I will remember Katerina at reception. She was always warm and happy.

Staff were very helpful in answering all my questions. The hotel provided additional amenities upon request like a sewing kit. I also received a parasol on a rainy day, which I found very helpful.
