grateful for my stay
helpful staff breakfast buffet
The staff was always available to help. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries. i appreciated the fast service when i needed something in my room. it was a relaxing experience.
the extra charge to use the spa was an unexpected expense. i didn't notice this detail when i made my reservation. it slightly impacted my budget .

the breakfast had plentiful options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i found the restaurant staff efficient and very helpful. the quality of ingredients seemed high. i am very grateful.

The gym featured modern equipment, like treadmills and stationary bikes. I appreciated having access to such facilities. the swimming pool looked clean, and it had many lounge chairs. the hotel provided a relaxing and well kept environment.

Housekeeping was thorough. My room was always clean and tidy. the front desk staff were attentive. They quickly addressed any questions i had. i was thankful for their prompt and positive responses.

comfortable bed nice touch bottled water
The bed was comfortable. I slept very well. The hotel provided slippers and bathrobes, a very nice touch. I also received complimentary bottled water every day, which I appreciated.
The hotel pool required an extra fee. I found this inconvenient. I think access should be included for all guests.

Breakfast offered an excellent selection of foods, a highlight of my mornings here. The staff was attentive and polite at all times. The variety and quality. I especially enjoyed the fresh options.

The staff provided really good service throughout my stay, which i appreciated. Requests, like glasses with ice, received prompt attention, a really nice touch. This level of care enhanced my overall experience. Everyone was helpful.

The location provides convenient access to transport links, including the metro. This made exploring the city quite easy. Hopp on Hopp off bus stops are nearby, a plus.

I stayed in a Club Club Lounge Spa access level Guest room. Breakfast had rich choices and attentive staff. The food tasted great. The concierge assisted me very well . They were efficient. The train station is close to the hotel. It is cheap and useful.
The parking garage signage to the reception needs improvement.
