convenient location friendly staff spacious room
the hotel enjoys a convenient location. it is close to the train station. the staff was friendly. the room was spacious. it had a lovely bathtub.

the location is central making it easy to walk to many attractions. the staff was helpful and gave good recommendations for local restaurants. the complimentary water and rituals toiletries were a nice touch.
i noticed that the hot water in my room took a long time to come through the tap.

the room had a safe and a fridge for convenience. linen and towels were changed daily. the bed was large and the shower worked well.

a few issues, central location
faulty system hot water
The air conditioning system in my room was faulty, even after i reported it multiple times to the reception. no one seemed to address the issue. it. also, getting hot water from the sink required running the shower for a while. That seemed quite inefficient.
