The check-in process was slow, I waited over an hour to get into my room. That was frustrating. The room lacked basic amenities, I found no slippers or a coffee machine. Plus, the staff seemed unwelcoming, it was like they expected me to cause trouble.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It was easy to reach many attractions. the rooms were an adequate size and well-kept. breakfast offered several choices, with fresh ingredients. the staff was always willing to assist with requests, and the facilities were well-kept.
I found the wait time for valet parking a bit long at peak hours. It sometimes took longer than expected.

The location is GREAT. I could walk to many shops and restaurants. My executive king room had A nice view and was clean. The bed linen felt fresh. I especially enjoyed the executive lounge.
the pool and spa area are part of fitness first fitnesscenter. it felt not part of the hotel. MANY external people were there.

The staff was helpful. I got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival because my room was not ready.
I requested tea bags but found only herbal tea in my room. The room felt very hot. I wanted to open a window. This turned off the air conditioning. Breakfast was good, but overall, the service lacked a personal touch.
