underwhelming dining and shuttle issues

i got sick after eating at the restaurant i think people should be very careful with the meat there. i reported this problem but no one apologized or followed up. the hotel told me their shuttle pickup was in the bus terminal but that information was wrong. this was frustrating and inconvenient.

the shuttle pick-up from the airport was efficient. it departs the hotel every thirty minutes. reception staff were helpful, i even got change to tip the shuttle driver.
the hotel shuttle was not exactly on time, causing a slight delay.

The room was neat and large. I was satisfied with the facilities and staff, they were nice and helpful. The free breakfast was bountiful with good quality food.
The hotel is not actually in the bus terminal. This caused confusion upon arrival. The staff gave confusing advice about the shuttle location. The shuttle was also very unreliable and I had to pay for a taxi.
