smooth check-in early check-in excellent breakfast limited pool high price pool unavailablity
The check-in experience was pretty smooth. I paid for an early check-in. It was efficient. I got upgraded to the bigger room. The breakfast area was very excellent.
The pool had a limited capacity. I could not use it. They had no availability for any days . The price seems disproportionate for what I got. It seemed a bit much.

the rooms were spacious and clean! breakfast was a treat, with so many choices available. its location was perfect for exploring the city. metro station access was super.
it wasn't too bad, but i noticed it.

Really good Location and Friendly Staff

The subway station was very close. It was only steps away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful. They were also considerate. My room was quite spacious and the bathroom reminded me of a mini spa. The Level lounge was great, offering a way to enjoy the hotel's hospitality.
It can make finding the entrance a little confusing.

The breakfast offered many options. EVERYTHING was high quality. In the Level zone, I found more delicacies. The selection was excellent, despite the space being a bit compact, and a little dark for my taste.

clean rooms good facilities weird furniture slippery bathtub
the location is very convenient, just off a metro junction. the rooms were very clean, and the facilities were good. (i especially liked the easy access to public transport)
I found the furniture layout in the room a bit weird. The desk made movement difficult. the bathtub was slippery, and there was no grab bar for getting in and out of the tub.

my room was nicely decorated and included a comfortable bed. the bar area provided a good atmosphere. temple debod was very near the hotel, a short walk.
the housekeeping felt poor . i found the service inconsistent.
