my double or twin room had decent space and i did not hear noise. two small wardrobes exist. a mini fridge and desk was helpful, it was good to have a big bathroom. the breakfast buffet presented good value. metro access was so close to major shopping spots.

I appreciated the breakfast choices. They offered plenty of fresh options. The staff was helpful and friendly to me. The location proved perfect. Many bars and restaurants are within a short walk.
The room was slightly dark because of the windows facing a narrow courtyard

The room featured two sinks plus a rainfall shower. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I appreciated the location near many dining options. The staff was helpful.

The hotel sits close to the train station. I walked there. The Prado Museum is nearby. Many restaurants surround the hotel too so dining was easy. Taxis wait outside the hotel for convenience.

The staff offered assistance when requested. They provided water with lemon in the lobby which was refreshing. Luggage storage was available post check-out. I had no significant issues. The service was prompt. I appreciated this.
