the location was very central. it was easy to walk to many attractions (i loved being able to walk everywhere!). breakfast had a lot of variety. i found the staff helpful.

i found the most amazing breakfast buffet and the customer service was really good. this boutique place is on a main road and is within walking distance to major attractions. we received an upgrade with a separate living area and a huge bathroom that included a double sink.
i did not expect the small room size, and there was really no place to unpack. the wall lighting switches need a user manual. once you set the lights for sleeping, waking up plunges everything into complete darkness. the buttons to turn the lights back on are not visible, very user unfriendly.

I found the staff very attentive. the location is excellent for seeing key attractions. the breakfast was massive. I especially appreciated the variety. the cleaning was excellent throughout (the room was super clean).

I requested a quiet room. The noise was considerable. It disrupted my sleep. The room's lighting was also Subpar. I struggled with the controls. Finding a comfortable setting was difficult! the system seemed overly complicated.

The location were great. The room were nice. the room was small with really no place to unpack all my belongings. I also found the wall lighting switches were very user unfriendly. After setting up the lights as I wanted for sleeping, the next morning everything were plunged into complete darkness. The buttons to turn the lights back on were not visible.
