i really liked the convenient location close to everything i needed. the beach, shops, and restaurants were accessible. the staff were always friendly and helpful. parking was seamless and easy to access, it made things convenient for me.
the level 4 king rooms were noisy. i was unable to sleep because of excessive noise from the nightclubs below. i was awake until 2am. this was not ideal! though i understand the hotel cannot control surrounding establishments.

The room service options were good. It had a clean, spacious layout. the bathroom included standard amenities. It was a huge space. the room size was appropriate for the price.

breakfast each morning was a highlight. there was a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. i enjoyed fresh pastries, fruit, and cooked-to-order omelets. the dining area was clean and well-kept.

Staff members were superb, including those at reception and room service. there were no queues. I felt special and that they cared. kathleen, teresa, dave, and michael were particularly helpful. kim in the lounge was friendly.

The gym featured a decent variety of equipment for workouts. i noticed treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. It met my needs. the hotel had a pool and a deck area, great for relaxation!

the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped! the bar fridge was well stocked! having coffee-making facilities was a great touch. the beds were comfortable, i slept so well!
the duty manager made comments about kids staying in rooms with balcony's when we told them the balcony door did not lock. the pools were not heated, freezing for the kids. finding a car park in the underground car park was very tiresome on a few occasions.
