the hotel is very close to the airport. a free skygate shuttle is available, which i found helpful. the staff members were friendly. ryan was particularly helpful and provided great customer service.
the good position of this hotel did not prevent some issues. the bedside light was not working. the reverse cycle heating and cooling system displayed an alert about needing a filter cleaning, concerning.

the complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient. i found the room clean and well kept. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept well (which is always a plus before a long flight).
i noticed a slight delay at check-in, perhaps due to the time of day.
