missing curtains dusty room

The location was near the event I had for the weekend it was great I could see the sunset over the river.

The room was not what I booked initially it had an extra bed crammed in there so it felt less spacious the room was not clean at all I found a lot of dust. The sheer white curtains from the pictures were missing the room service menu lacked good choices.

lovely staff clean room excellent view free towels

the staff were lovely and helpful. i found the facilities to be excellent, and my room was clean. the pool had an excellent view overlooking the surrounding area. the free pool towels were very useful .

i found the location quite convenient, with access to many restaurants. the spacious room offered a comfortable stay, particularly with the inclusion of river views. it proved to be a relaxing experience overall. i also appreciated the prompt refund i received, due to a medical emergency, showcasing exemplary customer service.

I noticed the soundproofing was not GREAT . I could hear noise from nearby rooms.

awesome pool added bonus

the room had a balcony it provided such an added bonus. the pool and bar area were quite awesome i could relax so easily.

the air conditioning seemed somewhat lacking in heat the filter had not been cleaned in quite a while

The spacious room offered amazing views. I could see both the ocean and waterways. public transport was accessible, allowing me to explore to the north and south. i appreciated the central location because everything was within walking distance.

The location is central. It is close to the main strip. The bathroom was very functional. It was also spacious. Staff members were friendly and cute to every guest.

Hot water was slow to start. It took a bit to get going in the shower.
