mixed feelings about this stay.
poor soundproofing chargeable water
I booked this stay expecting a 5-star experience. several issues arose. the soundproofing was poor. I could hear noise from the hallway. also, drinking water wasn't provided in the room, it was only offered for purchase. the breakfast coffee was also not free. I thought this was unusual.

buffet breakfast hotel decor tram stations
i totally loved the buffet breakfast! it had everything i wanted. the hotel decor was fun. the hotel always smelled nice and looked amazing. the location was perfect for the marathon, it was close to tram stations.
the gym was small.

comfy bed lovely ocean view helpful staff
The room had a comfy bed and a lovely ocean view. staff were always very helpful. Rory at the front desk was especially kind. the hotel had a modern vibe and well-appointed rooms, i found it quite pleasant.
Freeway traffic noise was also audible from 5am

modern hotel food options quality room service
I found the hotel very modern. It has been nicely renovated. The hotel offers a range of good food options. Room service was fast and of great quality (pricing was reasonable).
The music played near the pool started early. It could be bothersome seeking quiet relaxation.
