clean room friendly staff
the room was clean and had everything i needed the staff were friendly and helpful i got a good night's sleep there the location was perfect for getting around

discounted parking city attractions ibis style breakfast variety
i found discounted parking at the npc facility adjacent to the hotel a real plus i got the discount tickets from reception it was very easy the location is great for accessing city attractions the familiar ibis style was comforting and the breakfast variety suited me well overall the hotel provided a reliable and comfortable base
i noticed some dust in less visible areas of the room it was very minimal but still present

my standard double room included tea and coffee making facilities and it was convenient the bed was comfortable and i slept well i appreciated the inclusion of air conditioning and heating.

A Wonderful Stay Near the Harbour
convenient location friendly staff super clean room excellent value
The location was convenient, close to transport and local attractions. The staff, especially Alexander, were so friendly and made a real effort to help with everything. The room was super clean. This added much to my overall comfort. I found the value for money to be Really good!!!
The cooling system did not work as effectively as I hoped.

The room was clean, with functional decor, and the space was used quite efficiently. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, with plenty of fresh towels provided. The harbor view added a sense of romance.

central location best shower
The location was very central. It provided good access to the city center and harbor areas. The room air conditioning functioned well. The shower and toilet pod was the best I saw.
The bar had low stock.
