Decent Stay

excellent staffbig bathfreezing showerfan heater
The staff were excellent. I contacted the hotel beforehand, and they arranged a birthday treat in our room. The room was lovely with a big bath. I really appreciated this service!
The shower ran hot then freezing. The bathroom seemed like a fridge, not pleasant at all. I had to ask for radiators and got two fan heaters as a substitute. I didn't think this was a 4-star experience.
