adequate room and breakfast

helpful stafffriendly staffamazing breakfastgreat breakfastcentral locationdark decoruncomfortable bedpoor pillows
the location was near bars, restaurants, shops. the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a lot of choice (i especially liked the pastries).
i found the decor of the room quite dark. i didn't find the bed particularly comfortable. the pillows were barely there and not what i'd expect of a hotel.

the breakfast was good and had plenty of options. the reception staff were very helpful and cute. my room was refurbished and quite spacious.
the hotel itself felt dark in public areas and also in my room. i was surprised there wasn't a coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee and a kettle. the safe was hard to access as it was on the bottom shelf of the wardrobe.

good locationdark decorsmall room
The location was quite good.
I stayed this weekend in a Club Beautiful River View, which I booked. I later discovered the room was really small for the price. The decor of the room was also quite dark , made it difficult to put on make up in the morning.

satisfactory stay

lovely locationlovely viewpoor lightingshaving mirror
the location is superb. i had a short walk to millennium bridge, cafes, and bars. the club beautiful river view was lovely, and it was quiet at night. the view of the river was fantastic!!!
the bathroom lacked good lighting. it was impossible to shave there as the mirror light was above the sink. i also noticed no shaving mirror was available in the bathroom. that was weird..

surprising stay

cute staffcity center locationhistorical atmospheresmall suite
the staff are cute, i think. the location near the city center, its perfect. the building had a special, historical atmosphere i did appreciate. the views from the hotel are really something, i must say.
i booked a corner suite and it was smaller than expected, yes. the room felt quite dark, i noticed. this detail had an impact during some of the activities planned. i think there is a mismatch in the price.
