Welcome to Illusion Boutique "Near Beach" (Adults Only) – Playa del Carmen

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, with plenty of storage and a spacious, clean bathroom. However, there was a strong distinct odor when I first entered the room, and the location was a bit noisy being close to loud party places and a bright street light.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location is superb, just minutes away from the beach and 5th Avenue. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside was the initial strong odor in the room, but it was always perfectly clean and well-maintained. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation!

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The service was excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was attractive, right by the beach and close to key attractions, although some amenities were available only upon request. The dining experience, served at a neighboring cafe and not on-site, was the biggest disappointment.
