The hotel was very clean. There was always plenty of space available around the facilities. I never had to wait for a drink at the bar, a nice convenience. I really enjoyed the on-site spa. The prices were great and the massage was amazing! I found great value for the money spent.
The sun loungers really need replacing. The alcoholic drinks weren't the best, so maybe improving that would be good. I also thought the food offering could be a bit better, but overall it was okay.

My room was spacious and modern, with high-quality furnishings and an comfortable bed. Daily cleaning maintained an perfect standard. It was just good, you know. The level of care was excellent.

The pools provided perfect relaxation, with comfortable loungers always available and the water park created tons of fun. The fitness center was modern and well-kept, and the spa was a charming highlight. You know, it was all very adequate.

great pricesrepetitive foodair conditioning issues
the spa offered great prices and provided the best massage ever (i visited it multiple times).
The food was repetitive. It was like i was eating the same thing every day, regardless of the dinner theme. i also experienced food poisoning and heard others complain about it too. the air conditioning was another issue, as it constantly malfunctioned and leaked when it did work.
