Location proved excellent with walkable distance to key sites. Daily room cleaning included fresh towels which were good. I found the proximity to Grand Central convenient. it provides easy subway access. The area offered various restaurant and shopping options, which i liked.
The elevators seemed small. I think three large adults with luggage might find a tight fit.

the location was acceptable , allowing easy access to city attractions.
workers were present outside the bathroom windows , forcing us to keep the blinds closed. furthermore , the rain shower pressure was weak , and the provided plastic cups felt inadequate for this type of hotel.

the location is like, totally amazing. it is super close to everything. the staff was really friendly and helpful, so i felt welcome. my room had a mini bar and a tv that worked great. i mean, that's awesome.
the gym was so small. it only had like, two treadmills so it was really hard to get a workout in. the hallways seriously need some love. they looked pretty worn and a little sad. my room didnt have coffee, I had to go downstairs every morning and that was, like, such a drag.
