i enjoyed the direct connection to the shopping mall the location made shopping dining and entertainment easily accessible the hotel's staff provided great service the rooms were spacious and clean offering a comfortable environment for relaxation the dining options available on site were also delicious. i appreciate chef dil's omelet it was well presented. lovely was very friendly and she is the good soul of the bar.
the elevator was non functional for days so customers waited half hour to take the elevator

i found the check-in process efficient, with a friendly staff member ready to assist. my room included a desk and an ergonomic chair. there was also a convenient direct access to the festival city mall which i used several times.
The gym equipment showed some wear and tear. It would benefit from some upgrades.

The hotel's access to Festival City Mall is so convenient. My upgraded one-bedroom suite offered great comfort. The hotel spa was relaxing and very clean. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful (their positive attitude was a real plus!).
The main breakfast area was crowded, and a suggestion was made for an alternative. it did not entirely meet my expectations.

rachel and alwyn surprised my wife with a room upgrade. It was a thoughtful gesture. the upgraded room was spacious and had a great view. rachel was friendly at check-in, and alwyn checked on us to ensure we were comfortable.
