The location provided easy access to the city. My room offered a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. I used the complimentary Nespresso machine with provided capsules to prepare coffee (I needed it!).
The noise was a distraction. I could hear guests in adjacent rooms. The adjoining door let in smells of room service meals.

The breakfast spread was amazing. It had a super cool variety. the staff in the lobby restaurant, sajith, victoria, and koko provided excellent service. i also appreciated that reception allowed us to check in 5 hours early. It was very helpful after a long flight.
i had to pay extra for taxis to the beach. there were various other issues too. the staff instructed me to contact my agent. They then told me to contact the hotel manager!

I was disappointed to discover that the windows lacked sufficient soundproofing. Boats on the creek played loud music too.

Fantastic Stay with a Great Room Upgrade!

The check-in process was so smooth. I was greeted by nice staff. They upgraded my room to a lovely Creek view room (it was a pleasant surprise!). All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff completed an amazing job each day.
The hotel interior is great, but I could hear guests in the room next door. I could also smell room service meals because of the adjoining door.
