easy access city access walk-in shower nespresso machine noise distraction audible noise adjoining door room service smell
The location provided easy access to the city. My room offered a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. I used the complimentary Nespresso machine with provided capsules to prepare coffee (I needed it!).
The noise was a distraction. I could hear guests in adjacent rooms. The adjoining door let in smells of room service meals.

The staff ensured a smooth early check-in! The various food options were good.
I was disappointed to discover that the windows lacked sufficient soundproofing. Boats on the creek played loud music too.

my creek view room had amazing views of the water. the hatta restaurant was fantastic with so many food choices. i enjoyed tasty fish and chips with good beer at the chelsea pub.

the hotel locates in an authentic part. the tourist bus stops very close to the premises. a metro station is within a walking distance of just some minutes.

Fantastic Stay with a Great Room Upgrade!
creek view friendly staff smooth check-in super clean cleanliness
The check-in process was so smooth. I was greeted by really kind staff. They upgraded my room to a lovely Creek view room (it was a pleasant surprise!). All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff completed an amazing job each day.
The hotel interior is great, but I could hear guests in the room next door. I could also smell room service meals because of the adjoining door.

The on-site pub served excellent food each evening. I appreciated the daily Happy Hour. The hotel also has a number of restaurants. It always provides a great selection for me.

Our room included a river view. I saw all the skyscrapers downtown from my window. The rooms are modern and spacious. I really enjoyed the comfortable beds.

clean room excellent service great selection
the room was very clean. housekeeping provided excellent service daily. the breakfast had a great selection of items , and the staff kept the area very tidy.
the gym equipment felt a bit dated.
