the staff was helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay. the room was kept clean with fresh towels provided daily. i found the central location advantageous, with supermarkets conveniently close by.
the pool did get quite busy in the mornings, which sometimes made it difficult to find a lounger.

The location was very good everything was close by.
I found it quite disappointing that there were no available loungers each morning people placed towels on them early and did not return for hours I think that should be controlled better.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the good views of the beach and the Ain Dubai. Noushad was very cute and helpful with our luggage! Bilawal assisted us with transportation around the area and provided great tips.

After considering many hotels, I selected a junior suite with a sea view. The hotel's location proved excellent for accessing shops and restaurants. I noted a convenient tour bus stop just outside the hotel. I had access to an exclusive lounge on the 24th floor because I booked a suite. The complimentary afternoon tea was great. Happy hour included complimentary drinks and snacks, also delicious.
I noticed considerable traffic around the hotel.

The pool area was a bit of a letdown it seemed smaller than expected. Securing a sunbed proved difficult as guests reserved them early. The breakfast buffet offered limited choices. I found the coffee machine produced weak coffee. The pastries lacked variety.
