average experience at the hotel
cramped room limited fruit
The room i booked, a superior double room, felt a bit cramped. there was barely any space for luggage and the lack of a proper seating area was frustrating. the breakfast was also disappointing. The fruit selection was very limited and the orange juice tasted artificial. i was also bothered when the front desk staff asked me to write a review with them present. I found this inappropriate and pressured, artificial juice

Good Hotel Near Main Attractions

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient (close to major attractions). Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice feature, (I liked the view from there). The hotel offered a good selection of food.
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. Storage space was limited (I had trouble finding room for luggage). I also found that the fruit selection was limited, and the orange juice tasted artificial.

The hotel is very clean. the staff is helpful. i received an upgrade to a beautiful room upon arrival. the hotel staff also allowed me a late check-out. This was very helpful. the rooftop breakfast has a wonderful view. breakfast has a really yummy selection.
My room lacked seating. There were no armchairs available. there was also not enough space to store luggage. i found this to be inconvenient.

the location is near major attractions such as hagia sophia and the blue mosque i walked there easily the rooftop breakfast offered a great start to the day the coffee machine available 24/7 was a plus it brewed good coffee

The staff was friendly and ready to help with everything i needed. This was acceptable.
I was really annoyed that the room wasn't properly soundproofed. I could hear street noise all night long. the breakfast buffet was quite limited and not always fresh. the artificial orange juice tasted awful!!!

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
welcome drinks 24-hour front desk perfect cleanliness
the staff offered welcome drinks upon arrival, a very thoughtful touch. The front desk operates 24-hours, very convenient for any late-night needs i HAD. The hotel provided perfect cleanliness, a detail i greatly valued and appreciated .
the hotel lacks parking, something to note if arriving with A car. taxis stopping can cause temporary road congestion.
