my room had a large, pristine bathroom and shower. i found high quality sheets and towels. the staff was friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, and.
on several occasions, i experienced significant delays when trying to reach someone by phone! the response time for fulfilling requests sometimes stretched to two or even three hours, frustrating.

Ange welcomed us warmly when we arrived! Her smile was very nice and warm, so nice to us on arrival, we will certainly visit again. The restaurant is beautiful. Osheen was also so warm and eager to take our order. She was very pleasant! Gideon checked us in. He was very professional. Gideon was also very informative about the hotel and its restaurant. He answered all our questions clearly.
I ordered breakfast through room service, and it was to be delivered at 10 a.m. The room service menu provided a breakfast option for £30 or individual items. I ordered the breakfast menu for £30. On checkout, my invoice showed 'Room service night food' for £57.80. I questioned this charge, as breakfast was delivered at the latest time of 10 a.m. The receptionist couldn't explain the charge, became quite rude, and defensive. They said that he would get someone to contact me, as he couldn't issue a refund.
