My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were beautifully appointed and luxurious, exceeding our expectations and perfectly ready for me and my family. The modern and new design paid close attention to details and amenities that made our stay very comfortable. However, the service was a bit complicated, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we encountered a small issue that wasn't the hotel's fault. The location was marvelous, overlooking Green Park and within easy reach of the best bits of town. The dining experience was of a very high standard, with well-presented dishes, but the breakfast was extra and not worth the additional cost.
