the location was very central it had easy access to many places
the spa times were not convenient pool access started too late in the day i think this is unacceptable

slow check-in clogged sink unresponsive service
The central location provided easy access to shopping areas.
The check-in process was slow. I waited an unreasonable amount of time despite there being no other guests in line. My room's sink was clogged, requiring maintenance at midnight. Room service was unresponsive. Multiple calls went unanswered before I had to visit the reception to place an order.
