The central location provided easy access to shopping areas.
The check-in process was slow. I waited an unreasonable amount of time despite there being no other guests in line. My room's sink was clogged, requiring maintenance at midnight. Room service was unresponsive. Multiple calls went unanswered before I had to visit the reception to place an order.
