charming stay
ice skating amazing breakfast
the location was great. ice skating was right outside the front door, thats pretty cool. breakfast also was amazing, i must say. our junior suite provided loads of room for the kids, a good thing too.
the gas fire was not operational. the television in the seating area did not work. the hot water was unreliable, that was a real issue.

excellent coffee cute staff
The breakfast was fantastic. The coffee and presentation were excellent. Staff greeted us at the door and were very cute. Our bags were taken to our room while it was being prepared.

worn furniture broken phone
the staff were helpful. everything seemed acceptable.
i had issues with the room. the furniture looked worn. the fire did not work, the television had no signal except for radio, and the phone was broken. the light shades looked incorrectly assembled.
