powdered eggs limited variety
the room was clean and tidy with adequate space.
the room lacked a refrigerator, which i found inconvenient. breakfast had limited variety, especially the scrambled eggs which were powdered. i also found the hot dogs were only pan-fried.

some issues .
malfunctioning heating rude staff
I found that the room was quite cold upon arrival. the heating system was to be malfunctioning, despite me making several requests to the staff. there was also a noticeable sewage smell emanating from the bathroom, quite unpleasant. i also found that the reception staff varied greatly in quality. One particular staff member was unhelpful and rude. she even refused several requests and provided false information.

clean hotel metro stop friendly personnel
it is a super clean and modern hotel. the location is near a metro stop, , made moving around the city easier. hotel personnel is friendly. i appreciate free water and snack in the room. the bed and linens felt comfortable, and the garden view provided a peaceful atmosphere.
my rooms heating didn't worked when i needed. i asked, but it kept the room ice cold. the sewage smell in the bathroom was also a problem.

the rooms include a coffee machine with complimentary capsules. they also provide chromecast, so it was easy to stream content. free water and a snack in the room are a nice touch. it has isolated windows.

the location is near the station. the front desk staff acted friendly. the room had almost everything i needed. i found good breakfast options.
the clothes hanging area was limited. the room only had five hangers available. i had to place my clothes on shelves.
