perfect location, great city views
central locationexcellent transporthelpful staff
the location was central, near alexanderplatz. it has excellent transport links. the staff were helpful and nice. my room had a view of the cobbled street outside and the iconic tv tower. i really liked that the staff were very helpful.

I did observe a breakfast buffet with people enjoying their meals. there was a good selection of berlin breads and german coffees nearby. I chose to explore these local options instead, close to the hotel.

I found its location excellent. It was close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I liked the common space downstairs. The courtyard area provided a nice spot to relax. Staff were efficient and helpful.
I found a noise from the trains across the street distracting at times.

unresponsive staffmissed spot
the room's air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature it was frustrating. i also discovered the housekeeping missed a spot during cleaning the bathroom mirror had toothpaste stains. the staff weren't proactive about offering solutions or alternatives it was a bit disappointing. simple things like a quicker response or clearer instructions would have been appreciated a lot more. i thought it affected the overall impression of the hotel.
