The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated that. the location is right next to the u-bahn. It made getting around so easy! the room was modern and comfortable, just as i needed.

the location is good with plenty of places to eat nearby. i found the subway station just beside, this made it easy to get around the city. staff are pleasant.
the room was very small. i did notice the view from the room not so good BECAUSE it was on the ground floor.

The staff were friendly and cute. They resolved any issues quickly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The hotel is located near Moritzplatz, a minute away. Alexanderplatz is a short train ride away, only five minutes. Breakfast offered many options, and the breakfast staff were cheerful.

The room was clean and quiet, a nice retreat after a long day. The bed offered comfort, and I found the room well kept. Two half empty bottles of shampoo and soap were available in the bathroom.

The personnel was very kind and approachable. I had a request to extend my check out time, the staff kindly agreed to it. The team was warm and cute, a feeling I appreciated after traveling far. The cleaning service was amazing and the room was super clean after my return.

the location was acceptable, with the subway station being only a minute away.
the room proved very cramped, barely adequate for one person. my ground floor room offered a poor view, directly facing a building wall. breakfast was not included and i was not informed of this beforehand.
