the staff at the health club like doaa adel and manar were perfect the spa fitness centre and pool staff hamad and zigy were also excellent i appreciated the parking department i found mohamed abdullah mahmoud especially helpful with directions the rooms were spacious too. the breakfast spread included many fresh juices and various cuisines i found this very appealing. i found ibrahim at reservation accommodating and check-in was smooth and quick he gave me a late check out too.

I adored the cleanliness. The rooms were super clean. the housekeeping really pays attention to detail.. plus, the beds were super comfy. i also appreciated the variety of restaurants. It was great to have so many dining options.
the check-in process was a bit stressful. i felt there was some inconsistency with the rate compared to what i saw online. also, the building felt a little old. i noticed some areas could use updating, disappointing.

i found the international restaurants offered a good selection. the uber service was cheap and made getting downtown easy at thirty minutes. the breakfast was great and the outdoor pool offered space to relax. the mattress was very comfy.
it was difficult for me to use the shower as i do not use a wheelchair. i should have been notified upon check-in about the room's purpose.

the staff was attentive to my needs, especially reda anwar and samah ahmad from the room cleaning crew on the 4th floor! the breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was AMAZING!!!
some areas felt a little old, particularly the carpets on each floor seemed worn and ready for replacement. i think new carpets would greatly improve the hotel's appearance.
