central location HOTEL stay

the room i stayed in was spacious and also very CLEAN. the bed was comfortable, and the reception staff was friendly, handling check-in efficiently. the hotel's location near the train station and city center made it EASY to access restaurants and attractions.
the bathroom needed a bit of tlc and the bathroom door had water DAMAGE. air con was not great and there were no power points next to the bed. breakfast wasn't good.

The room itself had a nice size. The included amenities seemed quite good. Breakfast was really good. I found a wide range of options available.
The staff greeting was fairly mediocre. No one asked how we were. I noticed marks on the curtains and scratches on the desk. One chair even had a burst seam.

The location was CENTRAL. I could walk to many places. My room had blackout curtains, and they worked VERY well. The bathroom included toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, AND it was spacious.

The room was not clean. i found long hairs over the back of the toilet and the face cloths were not replaced. the gym was also dirty. I thought the equipment was in terrible condition.
