spacious room clean room friendly staff
the room i stayed in was spacious and also very CLEAN. the bed was comfortable, and the reception staff was friendly, handling check-in efficiently. the hotel's location near the train station and city center made it EASY to access restaurants and attractions.

The room itself had a nice size. The included amenities seemed quite good. Breakfast was really good. I found a wide range of options available.
The staff greeting was fairly mediocre. No one asked how we were. I noticed marks on the curtains and scratches on the desk. One chair even had a burst seam.

the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. i appreciated the ample tea and coffee provided in the room. breakfast offered several options, including gluten and lactose-free choices. the location proved very central, placing me close to many attractions.
work was being carried out at the hotel , which i was informed about prior to arrival, though it slightly impacted the overall ambiance.

The location was CENTRAL. I could walk to many places. My room had blackout curtains, and they worked VERY well. The bathroom included toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, AND it was spacious.
The television remote did not always respond. I had to press the buttons multiple times

Check-in was smooth and the staff were efficient. The room had a well-stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks. I found the blackout curtains effective at blocking out light. The bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower stall.
The television remote needed new batteries.
