fine architecture attentive staff beautiful decor queen-sized bed unstable bed water damage
the building has fine architecture i adored. staff members were attentive to every need, so friendly! our suite offered a split level with spacious and beautiful decor.
My upgrade felt fake because the bed was queen-sized instead of king. the bed wasn't stable, it shifted with a slight push. And the wardrobe door didn't stay shut. there was water damage on the ceiling. It was noticeable and worrisome.
