fantastic stay
straightforward process great staff special arrangement helpful members
the hotel staff met our requests in a great way. a staff member, kaitlyn, arranged something special for our anniversary. some other members of staff were very helpful and contributed to a great stay.
the breakfast buffet could have had more labelling for allergens. i would have liked to see more non-dairy options available automatically.

the king guest room included a very large comfortable bed. it featured nice, soft, large pillows and coffee and tea making facilities. everything was super clean in the room, which i appreciated a lot.

fantastic staff clean room comfortable bed good breakfast
the staff was fantastic and always ready to help! our room was very clean, and i slept very well in the comfortable bed. the room service breakfast was good with plenty of options. it was a great stay for exploring the area.
the room rate seemed a bit high considering the standard of the facilities. i think some improvements could justify the cost.

the location offers easy access from the motorway, helpful. the hotel has ample parking available, so finding a spot was never a problem. the grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful and well-kept.

The hotel gym included free parking and had a decent breakfast.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It was quite annoying needing to ask reception to turn it on daily.
