I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable and clean with stunning views of the castle. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was fantastic, just a short walk into the center. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of delicious food choices. Overall, a great value for money!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed, a lovely tea & coffee set, and even a tablet for the kids - everything was restocked daily. The fantastic view of the castle and river from my 4th-floor room facing the castle made the experience truly memorable. The location is amazing, being right across the street from everything you could want to see in the city.

The hotel rooms are lovely, very clean, and comfy. While the bar area felt a bit like a doctor's waiting room, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The location with a castle view and overlooking the Vistula river was a definite plus, but the warm beer and awful wine gave us a less than ideal experience.
