The hotel's location allowed easy access to the city center using taxis. The pool offered river views. The staff provided helpful service throughout my stay.
The room lacked spare pillows. Traffic noise was noticeable even with windows closed. Housekeeping did not make my bed one day. They only crumpled the sheets.

the breakfast buffet included many choices, accommodating dietary needs. my room was a great size. i found the bed comfortable. the location offered a convenient walk to the castle along the vistula river.
The room seemed basic and lacked spare pillows. I only had one small pillow. i found hair in the bath. this made the room less appealing, considering the price.

I had such a blast staying here. the pool was so awesome, it was open all day. the breakfast was also perfect. There was so many foods available.
this hotel have some problems. the air con didn't work even after i changed the room. it was super hot. and also the paper coffee cups in the room, i called for ceramic ones but they wanted to charge me for it!

the receptionist upgraded us to a mini suite, acceptable.
The beds were REALLY uncomfortable. there was only one small pillow on the bed, so there were no spares. i noticed the sound of water flowing above the room. It disrupted my sleep.

the pool was so relaxing after long days exploring i loved the sauna too. the breakfast selection was extensive i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful they answered all my questions.
the air conditioning did not work well i found it hard to sleep because the room was hot. paper cups were in the room i wanted ceramic ones. the rooms were quite small i felt a bit cramped.
