The location was excellent. I could easily walk to all the main attractions. My room was a good size and very quiet. The breakfast buffet had good choices for everyone (especially the pastries!).

The bed pillows were not comfortable, they were quite formless. The mattress was also too firm for my liking. I asked for alternative pillows, but they were not available.

i found the room temperature difficult to adjust. the air conditioning seemed ineffective, so i had trouble sleeping comfortably. also, i noticed there were no bathrobes provided in the room as indicated, that was disappointing.
