poor soundproofing low water pressure
the location was acceptable, offering proximity to local attractions.
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear everything happening in the adjacent room, disruptive. the noise made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. the shower was also problematic with lukewarm water and low pressure.

the location was good. there was a free gym, unexpected.
the room description promised a lake and mountain view, but i had a small room facing another building only 5 meters away. the walls was too thin, i heard everything.
