Welcome to La Terraza De San Juan – San Juan

Staying at this hotel was like having my own cozy apartment in the heart of old San Juan. The staff were so helpful and kind, and the rooftop swimming pool added a fun twist to my stay. However, some rooms lacked windows and felt darker than expected despite the central location in the lively area.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was unbeatable, with easy walking distance to everything in Old San Juan and delightful restaurants nearby. The rooms were gorgeous, very cleaned, and spacious, although a bit noisy at times from strange noises above, even with the AC running all day. The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful, from accommodating early check-ins to assisting with cabs, directions, and even fixing a broken door handle promptly. The dining experience was pleasant with tasty options, and the hotel's facilities were great overall.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern amenities at a great price when booked directly. While lacking views, the rooms are tiled, potentially amplifying noise. The location is excellent in Old San Juan, with helpful and friendly service. The dining, albeit delicious, might be pricey. Overall, a good value for money option.

The hotel had a central position in old San Juan but the room was not ready for over an hour after check-in. The staff was helpful and kind, and the swimming pool on the roof was fun. However, the room was in the 'basement, so I would avoid this room.
