I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was superb, close to the beach and convenient for shopping and sightseeing, the rooms had some issues like small size and non-functional ceiling fan. The service was friendly and attentive, but there were some disturbances at odd hours. The dining options were decent but could be more varied. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic, right in the midst of the San Juan tourist strip with easy access to shops and dining. However, the room wasn't clean, there was a lingering moldy smell, and the noise from the street made it hard to rest peacefully.
