The rooms were super clean and spacious! dining options were varied and delicious. breakfast offered many choices. It was really good. i especially liked the really good customer service. The staff really were great too help!

I appreciated the well-equipped gym. It has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet was excellent. It included many fresh options and diverse choices. the room was really clean. but the hotel had many amenities!
The location is a bit out of the way. It made travel longer.

Manisha in the recreation zone was helpful. She. My kids especially loved her friendly attitude, I appreciated that.
I did notice some inconsistency with the staff's attention at breakfast, I feel the service can be more uniform.

The staff greeted me so warmly, i was like royalty!!! anamika, chhaya, and vipin from housekeeping did an AMAZING job. My room was super clean every time!!! i had so much fun playing indoor games with the super friendly staff. the whole place had such a positive vibe. I just felt great being there!!!

the area may not be central, but getting around was super easy with taxis readily available, so it never was like a problem!!! the hotel provided a nice escape from the city buzz.
