My stay at the hotel was incredible. The rooms were out of this world, especially our suite with a private pool, perfect for a special occasion. However, we had trouble with mosquitoes all night coming from the intercom system inside our room. The service was exceptional, arranging a delicious packed breakfast for us, but could benefit from better training for friendliness. The hotel's location was great for visiting popular sights like Humayun's Tomb and the Purana Qila, but we did encounter quite a few mosquitoes. The dining experience was the best we've had anywhere, with delicious food that can be customized to your liking. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel had ongoing construction noise with workers late in the evening and early mornings, but the rooms were excellent, large, and comfy, with a plunge pool directly over the nightclub, The Electric Room, which was enjoyable. The service provided by the courteous staff was impeccable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was ideal and very central, though there was no AC.
